Description
Summary:This study is a research-based case that will explore the concept of Employer Branding, a concept that integrates both the fields of Marketing and Human Resources. Employer Branding markets a firm to both existing and potential employees that it is a good firm to work with and most importantly, retains key employees fundamental to the company‟s future growth and development. This research-based case will analyse various ways in which Employer Branding be internalized in the IBIZ‟s corporate Human Resource Strategy and deliver their Employer Value Proposition to their current employees and prospective employees in the market.
