Summary:This paper details a communication project executed by a group of four final-year students from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University. The group undertook the creation of an audio production as well as an accompanying promotional campaign, which saw the collaboration of the Singapore Health Promotion Board. These efforts were aimed at communicating the experience and increasing awareness of the mental condition known as bipolar disorder to youth aged 18 – 24 in Singapore. This paper includes research that helped formulate the direction of this project, as well as details on the final strategy and execution, and concludes with an analysis of the challenges faced and an account of efforts for sustainability.
