The two predicted mediators were social skills and positive relations with others. In this study, the relationship between job satisfaction and psychological capital was significant. Social skills and positive relations with others were also individually found to have significant relationship with psychological capital. However, no significant mediation effects were found in either of the hypothesized mediators.
