increasingly important part of the workplace, it is imperative to understand their workplace attitudes towards foreign talent. This paper explores the attitudes of Gen Y towards foreign talent and its determinants. Interviews were conducted with 9 youths. Results indicate that generally Gen Y generally views foreign talent positively. They are able to empathize with the foreigners, generally do not see them a threat to their careers and in some cases even enjoyed working with foreign talent. |
