The whole process of processing the foods into culture mediums and quantifying the cellulose yield at the end was executed and evaluated. The carbon sources for this report came from Banana, Mango, Dates, Apple and Rice and their usage was investigated and the ability for cellulose fabrication was examined. It was confirmed that the wastes were successfully processed and managed to yield cellulose with 0.1g of dates managing to produce up to 10g of dry weight of cellulose.
