Description
Summary:This study examines the pivotal role of community-driven social dynamics in shaping non-fungible tokens (NFT) buyers’ purchasing intentions and the increasing social significance of digital assets. Building on prior research in online word-of-mouth, we propose a comprehensive framework that integrates technological, personal, social, economic, and political factors influencing NFT purchases. The framework emphasizes the importance of service providers, personalization, perceived value, and associated risks, while also providing insights into how online word-of-mouth and community dynamics impact these aspects. As a preliminary exploration, this research lays the foundation for future empirical studies to validate the framework and assess its applicability across various digital asset categories.
