Discrimination practice which often occurs in the recruitment system is discrimination by sex, age, marital status and physical appearance and it will continue until the process filter applicants by using personal information unrelated to work. Content analysis of job advertisements in Pikiran Rakyat period April-June 2010 founded several forms of discrimination practices such as sex, age, marital status and physical appearance discrimination and this founding used as basic information to design a recruitment system specifically for screening the applicants through the application form. The recruitment system design is based on the principle of equal opportunities in obtaining employment. The system applied at World Vision Indonesia, a humanitarian organization that aims to prevent discrimination practices in hiring employee. |
