Summary: | PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) is one of the national shipping companies
engaged in the field of sea transportation services. The transformation program in the
company since 2015 has not had a significant impact on commercial income. The cargo
business, which is expected to reach a load factor of 90% in 2019, will only reach 40% in
2018. The quick win project in 2017 which is expected to provide a rapid change is thought
to be one of the causes of a less successful transformation program. Therefore, researchers
used the D.I.C.E framework to evaluate 17 quick win projects. The research uses quantitative
methods by distributing questionnaires to 107 project leaders and project members, research
is also carried out with qualitative methods through interviews with 17 project leaders who
are included in the category of Win-Zone and Woe-Zon. Based on mapping the DICE score,
a positive correlation is found between the successful project and the DICE score. Four
projects are included in the win-zone successful category, two projects are included in the
win-zone mediocore, and two projects are included in the usuccessful win-zone. In the worryzone,
there are two projects that are included in the worry-zone with success status, three
projects with less successful status, and two projects with no success status. While the
projects included in the Woe-zone are two projects. Element E (effort) is the element with the
highest score as a factor that hinders the success of the project, while Element I (integrity of
performance) is an element that plays a role in the success of the project |
