Because of the business opportunities in the automotive world, especially on custom motorbikes, the Mini Classic Garage enters the business competition in the field of custom mini motorcycles. Currently the Mini Classic Garage operates in the city of Bandung, precisely on Sekeloa Street and has been running for 3 months. Because the business is still new, there are some problems, especially in the field of marketing, where there are not many people who are familiar with the Mini Classic Garage which results in poor brand awareness of the Mini Classic Garage. This problem must be solved by the owner of the Mini Classic Garage. To solve the problems faced by the Mini Classic Garage, researchers provide the right marketing system solutions. The marketing system includes several marketing concepts such as STP, 4P Mix Marketing dimensions, TWOS matrix analysis and Porter’s 5 forces. With this marketing analysis, we can know the company's internal and external conditions, targets and company position as well as the level of competition faced by the Mini Classic Garage. Business solutions that are obtained after doing research are the right marketing systems such as product innovation, collaborating with well-known brands, joining well-known motorcycle modification places, making good and appropriate social media content and participating in motorbike modification events. text
