Summary:One of the conditions that should be filled in providing the good quality electrical power is the on-guard stability of the electrical power system which is supported by the proper requirement of flow debit. The flow debit becomes one of the large power supporters to evoke the PLTA generator existence system at the PT.PLN Jawa Bali I Sektor Mrica. For the past few years, its operating was less optimal of the debit entry into generator was caused by the silting process in the water due to numerous growths of Eceng Gondok population at Tuntang River. In order to resolve the problem, it needs several methods with various phases in it. The first processes is that analysing the field condition, discussing it with the experts, and taking the data to analyse the problem which is appeared in the field. Afterwards, the data processed and from the result process can be withdrawn the conclusion and it emerged several recommendations. One of the technical recommendations is that to execute dredging periodically by using the excavator so that the debit entry can be suitable as it is expected to evoke the maximum power, 20, 48 MW for the sake of the citizen�s development and growth at PLTA Jelok Kab.
