Impact of Internal Audit on Firm Performance in Vietnam
The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether internal audit factors along with some other elements (firm’s size, leverage, CEO –Chair separation, stock ownership of board members) affect firm performance in Vietnam as well as how these factors impact firm performance.
