The study used a descriptive research design, and the survey method was used to gather data regarding the employees job satisfaction levels, organizational citizenship behavior profile, and their likelihood of staying in the company for another year. Multiple regressions was done to determine if job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior predict employee retention. Overall, Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior were found to predict employee retention.
