Surveys, anyone? : a study on refusal in the Singapore survey industry.
The study explores the refusal to participate in surveys in Singapore: a problem identified in the literature as a threat to the validity of survey findings, and which can lead to an increase in the implementation cost and/or time needed in a survey.
