Feasibility study of consolidation between Singapore and regional banks
The study will evaluate the possibility of mergers and acquisitions between regional banks and the Big 5 Singapore Banks. In addition, past studies of bank consolidations in United States are examined and certain quantitative and qualitative characteristics are applied here.
