Financial and operating performance of hospitality firms in Singapore.
This paper analyses the financial and operating performances of listed hospitality firms in Singapore. It is shown that certain firm characteristics can significantly influence firm value. A hotel performance index was formulated to rank the hotel firms in the Singapore.
