Performance appraisal systems of teachers in Singapore
Schools in Singapore are in the midst of fine-tuning their performance evaluation and reward systems. The study evaluates the effects of several proposed changes, especially whether these changes improve the accuracy of performance evaluation and the motivation of teachers.
