Event and Entity Justice Perceptions: Distributive Justice and Compensation System Fairness in International Joint Ventures

The article presents a study seeking to extend the two-paradigm view of organizational justice research in Chinese-foreign international joint ventures. The article states that the study explores the extent to which event justice is related to entity justice, entity justice is related to employee reactions, and entity justice mediates between event justice and employee reactions. The article discusses the relationship between event and entity justice programs, compensation system fairness, and employee attitudes. The article concludes that the study provided strong support for the two-paradigm view that event justice perceptions lead to entity justice perceptions.
