This study additionally explores how Coinfest Asia's success was impacted by competition from other cryptocurrency conferences and the distinctive strategies used to stand out. Furthermore, assessing the success of Coinfest Asia's marketing initiatives in attracting participants and sponsors is a further objective. A further step is figuring out how the event may be improved in order to increase its results in the future. The study's main objective is to examine the difficulties Coinfest Asia faces in terms of marketing strategies, competition, and sponsorship. The research explores Coinfest Asia's strategies and approaches for attracting and retaining sponsors as well as the effect of competition from other conferences on the event's performance. In order to guarantee participant and sponsor satisfaction, Coinfest Asia's marketing strategies are also evaluated in this research. The study's scope is constrained to publicly available data and relevant internal reports from Coinfest Asia; it does not delve further into other operational aspects that are not directly related to the main topic. Using a qualitative methodology, the study uses semi-structured interviews with relevant Coinfest Asia stakeholders and sponsors to pinpoint issues and solutions. Document analysis offers more insights into the methods and strategies used. Examples of documents include event reports, sponsor data, and marketing materials. To comprehend the competitive environment and differentiation strategies, the study also includes case studies of other cryptocurrency conferences. The results are intended to give readers a complete understanding of Coinfest Asia's opportunities and challenges and suggestions for future strategies that will be more successful. Finally, the research concludes that the networking opportunities, first-rate venue amenities, and strong technological infrastructure of Coinfest Asia are the main 2 factors influencing customer satisfaction. Participants enjoy networking with influential individuals in the field, getting acquainted with fellow enthusiasts, and receiving information about career or project opportunities. To fulfill customer expectations, the quality of the venue's amenities, especially WiFi and internet connectivity, is essential. Coinfest Asia stands out from other regional conferences because of its ideal location in Bali, which provides a laid-back networking atmosphere. Coinfest Asia must, however, consistently develop its activities and retain an element of surprise to elevate customer experience further if it aims to preserve and improve its competitive position. Future research on other areas that can affect Coinfest Asia's success, such as the conference's B2B components and financial and operational aspects should be carried out for future researchers. This wider focus may offer an increased understanding of the variables impacting Coinfest Asia and help shape future growth and development plans. text |
