Hybrid-fuzzy logic control strategy for micro-robot soccer game

Description
Summary:A fuzzy logic control strategy for robots motion for playing soccer game was developed. A 2 inputs - 1 output fuzzy controller was used for each motor in robot positioning while a 3 inputs - 1 output fuzzy controller was used for each motor in attacking or shooting the ball. The outputs of these controllers are the velocity of the left and right motor that will be used to drive the robot in achieving its task. In addition, obstacle detection and avoidance using fuzzy logic is also implemented and presented. Heuristic approach will be used as guiding rules for fuzzy logic controller's developed and cooperatives behavior as well as other strategies necessary for the robots to win in a particular soccer game. Experiments and competitions both local and international results are presented.
