The study aims to assess the effect of a Work-From-Home Setup on the Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Engagement among employees primarily in the operations department of PayMaya Philippines. The study used a quantitative approach methodology using a survey questionnaire. The target respondents of 84 were based on the result of applying Slovin’s formula from 106 population count of employees in the Operations department. Descriptive Analysis, Correlational analysis, and Linear Regression were all used to analyze the quantitative data of the study. The authors of the study utilized a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5% to analyze the data. The result from the study showed that Work-From-Home has a significant and positive effect towards Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Engagement among PayMaya's operations department employees.
