Design and characterization of miniaturized accelerometers
This project aimed to characterize the various designs of miniaturized accelerometers. Accelerometers are devices that measured acceleration using various mechanisms such as piezoresistive effect, piezoelectricity, thermal properties, optical properties and capacitance.
