Service quality of the Singapore taxi industry after liberalization in 2003
This study is undertaken to investigate the level of service quality in the Singapore taxi industry after its liberalization in 2003. By making use of the SERVQUAL model, the study aims to find out whether commuters’ service expectations are being met by the seven players in the industry.
