Consumers' perception on regulatory changes in Singapore insurance industry.
This project aims to examine the purpose of and the factors causing the changes in insurance industry's competitiveness and professionalism and to make Singapore an international insurance centre. Then through analysis of the public perception, we can identify whether the aim has been met.
