Analysis of the E-grocery industry using Porter's five forces and value chain.
Using Porter's five forces and the value chain model, an analysis of the e-grocery industry is done. Further analysis on two prominent e-grocers, namely Peapod and Webvan, are carried out to examine why one succeed and why the other failed.
