Coaching manual for ecoaches in corporate Elearning
The objective of this dissertation is to look at how a Coaching Manual might be developed so as to equip eCoaches (online facilitators) with the knowledge and skills needed to help elearners address some of the key problems, which they face in corporate elearning.
