Symmetrical public relations as the model of excellence for voluntary welfare organizations in Singapore : inclusive of a publicity proposal for the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association.
Through a partnership with the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association, our project explores the need for public relations by Voluntary Welfare Organizations, and demonstrates the applicability of two-way symmetrical communicaitons as the model of excellence for such organizations in Singapore.
