SARS and its implications to crisis management in China.
Review of the crisis management of SARS by the Chinese government and analyze a typical example of a corporate crisis - Sanlu milk powder incident. An empirical research is done through questionnaire to enterprises and some recommendations on how to improve the management of crisis will be made.
