Impacts of information and communication technologies on organizational behavior.
This study sought to investigate the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on organizational behavior in Singapore. Results revealed that ICT usage had a significant impact on creativity, information access, commitment and sense of belonging, and organizational structure.
