Relationship among organizational culture, strategic hrd and organizational performance excellence : a study on Singapore-based companies.
This study aims to investigate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Performance Excellence in Singapore-based organizations. The mediating effect of Strategic Human Resource Development on the above mentioned relationship is also examined.
