Optimal regulatory framework : Singapore E-commerce code.
This paper gives a brief analysis on the global E-commerce regulation environment with a focus on Singapore in particular. The paper hopes to provide suggestions with regard to regulations in other countries to Singapore in achieving an optimal regulatory framework.
