Development of piezoelectric tubes for micromotor
A hard PZT ceramic was synthesized to build the tubular transducer. Electrophoretic deposition (EPD), was employed to fabricate the piezoelectrictube. A multilayer configured tubular transducer was proposed, fabricated and analyzed.
