Business-to-consumer electronic commerce : an exploratory study on the key variables that will add value to the customer and profit to the company.
This research examines two aspects of Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Electronic Commerce (EC): companies’ strategies and business models and consumers’ needs and wants and their concerns. The research is exploratory in nature and hopes to give greater insights into this area of research.
