Consumer behaviour towards themed establishments : a study of consumer retention in local themed establishments.
The purpose of our research is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting customer retention. We hope that this would enable themed food and beverage establishments to better position themselves to increase survivability and profitability.
