Branding and perceptions of budget airlines : a case study of Singapore International Airlines.
Aim to establish if SIA would face the similar fate as its predecessors and as a result suffer with a tarnished reputation and examine the perceptions of Singaporeans, should SIA set up a low cost carrier and what are their needs and expectations of low cost airlines.
